It is mainly used to test the ability of power equipment to withstand shock current stability. It is widely used in zinc oxide lightning arrester valves and SPD (surge protector) for shock current testing. It can also be used for other research tests.
(1) Adopt thyristor constant current voltage regulator; rated output voltage ±150kV rated output DC current 10-300mA;

(3) Adopt 2DL-200kV/500mA high voltage rectifier silicon stack, reverse withstand voltage 300kV, average current 0.2A, high voltage rectifier silicon stack installed in the charging transformer, the charging voltage polarity can be automatically reversed by the transmission mechanism. There is a polarity switch conversion button on the console;
(4) The high voltage rectifier silicon stack protection resistor adopts enameled resistance wire with inductive dense winding on the insulating tube;
(5) Adopt bilateral symmetrical voltage doubling constant current charging method;
(6) When automatic control, the constant current charging device Within the range of 10% to 100% of the rated charging voltage, the deviation between the actual charging voltage and the set voltage is no more than ±1%, the instability of the charging voltage is no more than ±1%, and the adjustable accuracy of the charging voltage is 1%;
(7) One DC resistor voltage divider, using 150kV, 300M, oil-immersed metal film resistor. The low-voltage arm resistor is installed in the bottom flange of the voltage divider, and the voltage signal on the low-voltage arm is introduced into the control console using a shielded cable;
(8) The automatic grounding switch adopts an electromagnetic separation and closing grounding mechanism, which can automatically short-circuit the main capacitor and ground it through a protective resistor when the test stops;
(9) The charging transformer (including the high-voltage rectifier silicon stack and polarity conversion device) and its protective resistor, automatic grounding switch and insulating support are installed on a chassis;
