This series of impulse voltage test systems are mainly used to generate standard lightning impulse voltage full wave, lightning impulse voltage chopped wave, oscillating lightning impulse voltage wave, standard operating impulse voltage wave, oscillating operating impulse voltage wave, steep wave impulse voltage wave, and perform impulse voltage tests and other scientific tests on insulators, air gaps, bushings, power transformers, lightning arresters, GIS and other power transmission and transformation equipment.

Features

1. The impact capacitor adopts Mianyang military-grade capacitor to ensure durability and impact resistance.
2. The top of the lightning impact adopts the most advanced fish scale equalizing cover to ensure convenient installation, disassembly, maintenance and stability of the test voltage on site.

1.2.1 Voltage level: ±200kV

1.2.2 Output voltage waveform:

It can generate ±1.2/30 microsecond standard lightning impulse voltage full wave, lightning impulse voltage chopped wave with chopped wave time in the range of 2 to 6 microseconds, oscillating lightning impulse voltage wave with wave head time not exceeding 15 microseconds, ±250/2500 microsecond standard operation impulse voltage wave, oscillating operation impulse voltage wave with wave head time greater than 100 microseconds and steep wave impulse voltage waves of various steepness (such as 1000 kV/microsecond, 2500 kV/microsecond).

1.2.3 Voltage utilization factor:

When the total load capacitance is 300 to 1000 pF, the utilization factor of the lightning impulse voltage wave (including full wave and chopped wave) is not less than 1.2. For GIS with load capacitance of 2000 to 20000 pF, the utilization factor of oscillating lightning impulse voltage wave and oscillating operation impulse voltage wave is not less than 1.3.

1.2.4 Duration of use:

When the voltage is above 2/3 of the rated voltage, it can be charged and discharged once every 120 seconds and can be operated continuously. When the voltage is below 2/3 of the rated voltage, it can be charged and discharged once every 60 seconds and can be operated continuously.

1.2.5 Control part:

It can be manually controlled, constant current charging, the instability of the charging voltage is not more than ±1%, the deviation between the charging voltage and the reference voltage is not more than ±1%, and the adjustable accuracy of the charging voltage is ±1%.
