4. Free training: After the equipment is accepted by Party A, Party B will provide free training to 2-3 technical operation and maintenance personnel of Party A.

The training content includes:

• Operating skills of the test equipment control system, test equipment operation and precautions.

• Daily maintenance of test equipment, adjustment of power test equipment and replacement of spare parts.

1. Guodian Huamei guarantees the whole machine of the products purchased by Party A for one year and repairs for life.

2. If the equipment fails during the warranty period (except for human factors and force majeure factors), Party B is responsible for free repair, and the required replacement parts are provided by Party B free of charge, except for accidents that belong to the customer's illegal operation.

3. After the warranty period, only a reasonable fee will be charged according to the actual maintenance situation during maintenance.

4. Guodian Huamei conducts annual return visits to all users and provides technical support services at any time.
