MOEORW-JWFG No-PD FM withstand voltage test system is a device used for AC withstand voltage partial discharge test and testing. It has the function of instantly cutting off the test high voltage power supply when overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, breakdown and flashover. The data acquisition board used in this system is NI PCI-6220, which features: NI-STC 2 system controller, NI-PGIA 2 programmable amplifier and NI-MCal calibration technology. 24 digital I/O interfaces, 8 differential analog inputs, 32-bit counters, and NI-MCal calibration technology are used to improve the measurement accuracy. The board is equipped with a copy of NI LabVIEW SignalExpress, which can quickly collect, analyze and display data without programming. In view of the many advantages of this card, traditional PLC control solutions cannot match it.
1. Frequency-modulated and voltage-regulated isolated power supply (new voltage control method, replacing the traditional conventional voltage regulator control method, with the following advantages)
a. The output frequency is adjustable from 40 to 300Hz, which can meet the 150Hz triple frequency test;
b. The boost rate can be adjusted linearly and accurately in automatic mode, and the boost step can be stepped by 0.1V, which allows the partial discharge instrument to accurately capture the starting and extinction voltages of the product;
c. Output voltage regulation, the voltage fluctuation of the input power supply will not cause the fluctuation of the output high voltage (voltage regulation accuracy ≤ ±1%);
d. The output waveform is a standard sine wave, which will not be affected by the waveform and harmonics of the input power supply (the effective value and peak value of the output high voltage voltage√2 are less than ±3%);
e. Zero current when the switch is closed, and there is no impact on the front-end input and rear-end load;
f. There is no carbon brush friction and sparking during the voltage increase/decrease process, and the voltage can be increased and returned to zero quickly. During the voltage increase/decrease process, no matter how big the load is, there is no interference or impact on the partial discharge;
g. Purify the power supply and isolate the interference of the inverter and thyristor in the power supply. Users do not need to pull independent cables to deal with power supply interference;
h. The integrated shielding frame structure isolates the impact of space interference on partial discharge noise. Users do not need to do additional space shielding on site.
