Test transformer is a necessary test equipment for power equipment detection and preventive test. With the development of my country's power industry, the voltage level requirements for test transformers are getting higher and higher. This non-partial discharge test transformer system is a special supporting equipment for transformer test produced by our company according to the definition of power frequency withstand voltage in "GB/T16927.1 High Voltage Test Technology". The equipment is mainly composed of full-automatic control console, booster, coupler, isolation transformer, with the characteristics of intelligence, integration, convenient use, superior performance, safety and reliability, beautiful appearance and structure, sturdy and durable, easy to move, etc. It is a necessary equipment for power supply companies, technical supervision departments, large factories, metallurgy, power plants, railways, etc. that need to carry out power frequency withstand voltage.
The power supply is input into the operating table with automatic overcurrent tripping and zero-position interlocking device to prevent sudden pressure increase. The voltage is adjusted by the autocoupler voltage regulator and input into the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the voltage amplitude (industrial frequency high voltage) of the same multiple can be obtained in the secondary (high voltage) winding according to the ratio of its number of turns to the primary winding.
