The AC/DC on-load tap-changer tester (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is a special test instrument used to measure, record and analyze the key parameters of the on-load tap-changer of the power transformer during dynamic switching.
This instrument has two different test methods: AC method and DC method. The DC test method is used in accordance with the requirements of "DLT846.8-2004 General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment", using three-way high-precision DC constant current circuits to accurately measure DC characteristic parameters such as transition time, transition resistance and transition waveform of the on-load tap changer; the AC test method is based on the relevant provisions of "DLT265-2012 Transformer On-load Switch Field Test Guidelines", which can synchronously record the three-phase current waveform (power frequency) during the switching process of the on-load tap changer, which can reflect the working conditions of the on-load tap changer when it is actually in action to the greatest extent, and can measure important parameters such as three-phase synchronization and bridging time by combining software automatic analysis and manual auxiliary judgment.
