MEWSQ-Z-III (5000A) series three-phase temperature rise high current system is controlled by a dedicated system control panel and uses a Vinylon series touch screen as a human-machine interface to realize a fully automatic high current detection device. This series of equipment can realize different high current output, temperature measurement and other experiments by installing different modules. Through the human-machine interface selection, manual and automatic operation can be realized, temperature data can be viewed and data can be simply processed. The data export function can be added to realize computer operation and printing, and the data can be exported to the computer through a U disk for further processing.

● Manual timing function: when the test is manually controlled, the timer can be started manually.
● Manual control mode, this mode is similar to the traditional electric raising/lowering mode. The increase/decrease of current is controlled by buttons. The equipment automatically determines the upper/lower limit and has overcurrent protection and other functions. The entire test process is manually controlled and operated on demand;
● Status reminder function. If the temperature rise does not exceed 1ºC within one hour, a dialog box will pop up to prompt that the test can be ended;
● With stop/emergency button, it can be manually restored;
● Intelligent control of current rise and fall speed. When the current approaches the target current, the rising speed will automatically slow down;
● Data export function. The device data can be stored on the computer through a U disk for further processing.
● When overcurrent and other faults occur, the protection is immediate, accurate and reliable;
● The combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology has stable performance and strong anti-interference ability. There will be no abnormal phenomena such as freezing, black screen and flower screen during the test.
