This test system uses a sine wave high-fidelity linear power amplifier variable frequency power supply to meet the requirement of no partial discharge. The output waveform of the variable frequency power supply is a pure sine wave, which can meet the following test requirements.
1) 110kv transformer: 110/10kv  capacity 50000kva, no-load current 1.1%   no-load loss 42kw inductive withstand voltage with partial discharge test and AC withstand voltage test.
2) 220kv transformer: 110/115/35kv  capacity 180000kva, no-load current 0.08%   no-load loss 94.36kw inductive withstand voltage with partial discharge and AC withstand voltage test.
3) 110kV/630mm2 cable 1km AC withstand voltage test, capacitance ≤0.201uME, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 128kV, test time 60min.
4) AC withstand voltage test for 220kV/630mm2 cable 0.5km, capacitance ≤0.072uME, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 216kV, test time 60min.
5) AC withstand voltage test for GIS, switches, transformers and other equipment of 220kV and below, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage not exceeding 500kV.

This device integrates a variety of protections, including: discharge breakdown protection, overvoltage, overcurrent setting protection, output short circuit protection, power-on zero position protection, bridge arm amplification circuit protection, power curve protection, etc. When any protection occurs, the device immediately blocks the test voltage output and cuts off the main circuit power supply to ensure the safety of the test personnel, the test product and the test system
