Product Overview

       The MOEORW-DJ365 Electric Remote-Controlled Elevating Insulated Support Test Platform (commonly referred to as an insulating rod withstand voltage test stand, high-voltage insulating tool test rack, or electric elevating electrode test bench) is a next-generation electric remote-controlled integrated withstand voltage test device developed by our company in strict accordance with the latest requirements of DL/T 976-2017 Preventive Test Procedures for Live Working Tools, Devices and Equipment and DL/T 1476-2023 Preventive Test Procedures for Electric Safety Tools and Equipment. This product is suitable for integrated power-frequency withstand voltage testing of insulating rods, discharge rods, grounding rods and other safety tools and equipment at voltage levels up to 220kV. All technical specifications fully comply with national standard requirements.

Application

Safety Tool Laboratories of Power Supply Companies – Power supply bureaus and county-level power supply companies are required to conduct periodic withstand voltage tests on all insulating rods, electroscope insulating rod components, grounding rod operating sticks, etc., within their jurisdictions annually. This test stand can complete testing of 8 specimens in a single run, meeting the demands of large-volume, high-frequency annual inspection tasks.

Substation Maintenance Sites – During preventive maintenance at substations, insulating operating rods, switch rods, and other tools require on-site retesting. This test stand features a split-frame structure that can be disassembled, transported, and quickly reassembled on site, eliminating the cost and time of long-distance shipment for testing.

Third-Party Testing Institutions – Professional testing institutions undertake commissioned tests for multiple power enterprises within a region, with specimens spanning a wide range of voltage grades and numerous batches. The wide adjustment range of this test stand is compatible with the full series of specimens from 10kV to 220kV, and the 8 stations meet the demands of high-frequency testing.

Self-Contained Laboratories of Power Construction Enterprises – Power installation companies and large industrial/mining enterprises with their own high-voltage laboratories need to conduct incoming inspection and periodic retesting of owned and leased insulating tools and equipment. This test stand has a low operational threshold and can be used safely after simple training.

Insulating Material and Tool Manufacturing Enterprises – Manufacturers of insulating rods, composite insulating cores, and other products need to conduct factory withstand voltage spot checks on finished products. As supporting testing equipment for production lines, this test stand can efficiently complete spot inspection tasks.

Features

Eight-Station Parallel Testing, Doubling Batch Test Efficiency

This insulating rod withstand voltage test stand is equipped with 8 standard test stations, capable of suspending and testing up to 8 insulating rods simultaneously. When testing 8 specimens one by one on a conventional single-station stand, the process takes approximately 90 minutes; in contrast, this test stand compresses the entire procedure to within 40 minutes through parallel testing, achieving an overall efficiency improvement of over 50%. The center-to-center spacing of each station has been optimized through electromagnetic field simulation software, ensuring that the electric field strength deviation on the specimen surface at any station is controlled within ±3%. This guarantees that multiple specimens do not interfere with each other during parallel testing, and the test results accurately reflect the actual insulation level of each individual insulating rod.

Electric Remote-Controlled Lifting, Easy and Precise One-Person Operation

Dual control via wireless remote and panel push buttons allows operators to complete the lifting adjustment of the ground grading ring from a safe distance on the ground without the need for climbing. The lifting range of 700~2300mm covers the full range of test lengths for voltage levels from 10kV to 220kV. With the scale ruler on the base and reference to Appendix Table 1, a single operator can complete positioning within 1 minute with an error of ≤±2mm. A geared motor combined with a high-precision lead screw drive mechanism features a power-off self-locking function, preventing the ground ring from falling due to gravity in the event of a sudden power outage.

Large-Diameter Grading Ring Ensures Uniform Electric Field

The high-voltage electrode employs an aviation-grade aluminum alloy annular grading ring with a diameter of 1.58 meters, featuring a polished and anodized surface that offers excellent conductivity and resistance to corona corrosion. Through finite element electric field simulation optimization, the measured electric field non-uniformity in the specimen area at a 2.1m test length is ≤2.5%, ensuring that specimens at all stations experience highly consistent field strength, thus preventing qualified products from being falsely judged as unqualified.

Aluminum Alloy Dual Rings with Pultruded Rod Frame, Durable Structure

Both the high-voltage ring and the ground ring are integrally cast from aluminum alloy, offering light weight, oxidation resistance, and stable contact resistance. The stand columns are made of epoxy glass fiber pultruded rods, with a creepage withstand voltage strength of ≥18kV/cm and a flexural strength of ≥500MPa, ensuring no deformation over long-term use and maintaining parallelism between the two rings and electric field symmetry.

Intelligent Control, One-Touch Parameter Template Recall

The accompanying industrial touch-screen all-in-one computer runs dedicated control software with built-in test parameter templates for all voltage grades listed in Appendix Table 1; selecting a voltage grade automatically populates the corresponding test length and withstand voltage value. In automatic mode, the entire process of voltage boosting, timing, and voltage reduction requires no manual intervention. Test reports are automatically generated and can be printed or exported via USB flash drive, and the built-in memory can store over 1,000 sets of historical data.

Multiple Safety Protections Throughout the Entire Process

Hardwired electrical interlocking with the high-voltage output switch relay ensures protection response time ≤50ms; a red warning light remains illuminated during high-voltage output, clearly visible within 50 meters; a dedicated discharge rod enforces the discharge procedure to prevent oversight; the equipment weighs ≥280kg in total, with a low center of gravity and wide base, ensuring stability and no tipping under full-load conditions.
