Product Overview

        In power systems, portable short-circuit grounding wires and personal protective grounding wires play a crucial role in preventing sudden energization of electrical equipment and lines, eliminating induced voltage, and discharging residual charge. To prevent substandard grounding wires from entering the power system, our company has developed a "Grounding Wire Group Resistance Tester" in accordance with the "Technical Standard for Portable Short-Circuit Grounding Wires" and the latest "Preventive Testing Regulations for Power Safety Tools" issued and implemented by the State Power Corporation. This tester provides services for the power system to complete necessary preventive product testing.

Application

• Routine power system inspections include conducting DC resistance tests on portable short-circuit grounding wires and personal protective grounding wires to ensure grounding safety.
• Preventive testing of electrical safety tools and equipment shall be carried out in accordance with national regulations for grounding wires before leaving the factory/entering the warehouse/annual inspection , and unqualified products shall be screened out.
• Rapidly test grounding wire resistance at substation/power plant operation and maintenance sites to eliminate potential hazards from induced electricity and sudden power surges.
• For power construction and acceptance, the grounding wires of newly built/renovated projects must undergo on-site acceptance and final testing to ensure compliance with standards.
• Quality inspection and metrology institutions conduct quality testing on grounding wire products, record resistance data, and issue reports.
