The test cycle of insulating boots and insulating gloves is half a year. Breakdown is not allowed during the test. At the same time, the leakage current of insulating boots and insulating gloves is not greater than the limit value. The product is suitable for all industries related to electricity.

Features

1. The instrument can test 8 (specially customized) insulating boots or insulating gloves at the same time and measure the leakage current of each test product.
2. The test of insulating shoes adopts a dry test method with small steel balls placed inside, which gets rid of the traditional practice of pouring water into shoes for testing, which is not easy to dry after the test.
3. High and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box using anti-interference wireless transmission technology, which greatly protects personal safety.
4. Each test product has a disconnection mechanism. When any one of them breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the test product of that road will automatically leave the test without affecting the test of other test products.
5. The instrument adopts a 7-inch TFT touch screen LCD English display, which displays a large amount of information. One screen simultaneously displays test voltage, 8-way high-voltage leakage current, perpetual calendar, timing time and other parameters as well as English prompts.
6. A DC motor is used to control the voltage regulator boost process, and the withstand voltage test is fully automatic. After the test starts, the instrument automatically closes and automatically increases the voltage at the speed required by the national standard. When the preset voltage is reached, the timing starts, and the test voltage is maintained. When the timing is up, the voltage is automatically reduced. When it reaches zero, the power is automatically cut off, indicating the end of the test. At the same time, the leakage current of each test product is displayed, and the test results are automatically saved.
7. The insulation boots test has a special metal grounding tray, and the insulation gloves test has a special container for easy operation.
8. The test transformer ratio can be freely set, which can be matched with the customer's existing transformer.
