Product Overview
The MOEORW-HFC is an integrated, heavy-duty High Frequency (HFCT) Partial Discharge Calibration Test Bench engineered for comprehensive performance verification, calibration, and routine testing of high-frequency PD detectors and online monitoring systems. Developed in strict adherence to rigorous grid and industry specifications (including equivalent benchmarks to global standards), this system evaluates critical metrics such as sensor transmission impedance, overall frequency response, sensitivity, linearity, anti-interference capability, and channel consistency.
By injecting precise, simulated partial discharge charges into the test loop, the MOEORW-WHFC ensures that field PD diagnostic instruments maintain absolute accuracy, consistency, and reliability before deployment in high-voltage assets.
Application
The MOEORW-HFC is universally used across high-voltage testing facilities to calibrate instruments tasked with online and offline PD diagnostics on:
High-Voltage Power Cables (using clamp-on or split-core HFCT sensors).
Power Transformers & Reactors.
Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) & Medium Voltage Switchgear.
Large Rotating Electrical Machines (Motors & Generators).
Third-Party Calibration Labs & Electrical Research Institutes.
Comprehensive Calibration Matrix: Evaluates 6 core parameters of HF-PD instrumentation: Sensor Transmission Impedance, System Frequency Response, System Sensitivity, Linearity, Anti-Interference performance, and Multi-Channel Consistency.
Dual-Standard Testing Software: Features pre-configured software profiles aligning with Enterprise and General Industry specifications (such as grid-level compliance modes), allowing users to switch standards with a single click.
Fully Automated Test Sequences: The control PC automatically commands the signal excitation sources, syncs data readouts from the oscilloscope, and evaluates test results without manual step-by-step tweaking.
Multi-Channel Simulation Loop: Equipped with 3 built-in hardware testing circuits and a dedicated HF testing zone with 100pF/500pF injection capacitor switches to replicate multi-scenario field defects.
Automated Word Report Generation: Users can quickly create a digital report asset, input custom device-under-test (DUT) metadata, and export structured validation reports in .docx format directly to the desktop.
The complete system framework comprises an integrated calibration workstation housing a high-speed pulse source, a wideband sine wave generator, a high-performance digital storage oscilloscope, and a centralized control PC running dedicated automation software.
