Applications

This device is mainly used for AC withstand voltage test of 10kV, 35kV, 110 kV cables, 110kV main transformers, GIS, and circuit breakers. It has a wide range of applications and is an ideal withstand voltage equipment for high-voltage test departments at the prefecture, city, and county levels, as well as power installation and repair engineering units. The device is mainly composed of a variable frequency power supply, an excitation transformer, a reactor, a capacitive voltage divider, and a compensation capacitor.

(I) Applicable objects and test requirements

1. AC withstand voltage test of 110kV circuit breakers and GIS, test frequency 30~300Hz, test voltage not exceeding 265kV, test time 1min.

2. AC withstand voltage test of 110kV/400mm2 cable 0.7km, capacitance ≤0.115uF, test frequency 30~300Hz, test voltage 128kV, test time 60min.

3. AC withstand voltage test of 110kVA/80000kVA main transformer with full insulation, capacitance ≤0.02uF, test frequency 45~65Hz, test voltage 160kV, test time 1min.

4. AC withstand voltage test of 10kV/300mm2 cable 8km, capacitance ≤3.004uF, test frequency 30~300Hz, test voltage 17.4kV, test time 60min.

5. AC withstand voltage test of 35kV/300mm2 cable 4km, capacitance ≤0.778uF, test frequency 30~300Hz, test voltage 52kV, test time 60min.

Features

1. The device has protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, zero-position start, and system detuning (flashover).

2. The weight and volume of the equipment are 1/10-1/30 of ordinary test devices. The power required for the test is only 1/Q of the test capacity.

3. The device has three working modes: fully automatic mode, manual mode, and automatic tuning and manual boost mode.

4. Store and print data. The stored data number is a number, which is convenient for users to identify and find.

5. When the device automatically sweeps the frequency, the starting point of the frequency can be set arbitrarily within the specified range.

6. DSP platform technology, add or subtract functions and upgrade according to user needs, and the human-computer exchange interface is more user-friendly.
